The inspection and certification third party on due recycled waste (non-plastic waste containers and waste batteries)

The operation guidelines of this plan were “Non-plastic Waste Containers and Waste Dry Batteries Certification Operation Handbooks.” The total inspection numbers were 2,615, including on-site inspection 2,403 times and the others inspection 212 times, during January to November in 2008. The on-site inspection numbers included 409 of waste iron/steel containers, 155 of waste aluminum containers, 1,286 of waste glass containers, 85 of waste paper-made tableware, 9 of watertight packaging paper containers, 194 of waste aluminum foil/Airtight, 148 of waste pesticide (including special environmental sanitation)/ fertilizer containers, and 117of waste dry batteries. This plan also completed all work items covered in the contract. The completed work items included “the processing equipment standard inspection,” “environmental inspection,” “account auditing,” “derivative waste and recycled material inspection,” “abnormal events management,” “evaluation new plants,” “pesticide containers inspection,” “mass balance experiment,” “training of disposal industries,” “cleaning homeland plan,” and “the plan achievements index evaluation.” This plan also was managed quality by inner auditing, external auditing, and team members training. By completed all work items, the goals of this plan have been achieved.
